Privacy Policy

AA Scales ("we", "us") is a marketing agency based in South Florida. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit aascalesagency.com, fill out one of our forms, book a call, or answer one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you send us: your name, business name, email, phone number, your website or Google listing, what you need help with, and any message you write. This comes from our website forms, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) lead forms, email, phone calls and texts.
- Bookings: if you book a call through our Google Calendar booking page, the name, email and time you choose.
- Your language choice: the site remembers whether you picked English or Spanish, stored only in your own browser.
Our website does not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure and running.
How we use it
- To answer your request, prepare the free audit you asked for, and talk with you about our services.
- To provide the work you hire us for and send you updates about it.
- To follow up about your request. You can tell us to stop at any time.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with other businesses for their own marketing.
Who helps us handle it
We use a few trusted services to run the business. They process your information only to provide their service to us:
- FormSubmit delivers our website form messages to our inbox.
- Google Workspace (Gmail and Google Calendar) for email and booked calls.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) when you answer one of our lead forms there. Meta's own privacy policy also applies to what you share on its platforms.
- Cloudflare hosts our website.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we are talking with you or working together, and for a reasonable time after that for our records. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email jacob@aascalesagency.com or call or text (786) 613-5351. We will reply within a few business days.
Security
We use reputable providers and limit access to your information to the people who need it to help you. No method of sending or storing data is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect it.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
